Mark Gross leads strategic communication initiatives designed to enhance the Wunderman brand and raise awareness of the agency’s award-winning work for clients across North America. Mark also supports internal and client-facing communication and marcom programs for Wunderman’s global Team Microsoft engagement, which drives advertising and marketing programs for Microsoft in 50+ markets around the world.
Mr. Gross’ past agency assignments include leading RM programs for technology clients such as Adobe Systems while at a unit of Omnicom, and managing editor duties for Fluent Communications, a boutique agency focused on custom publishing for clients that included Microsoft and Lexus. On the client side of the marketing world, Mr. Gross served as VP-Marketing & Communication for Seattle-based Matter Group LLC, an entertainment startup.
Mr. Gross is a licensed private pilot, and he graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University with a BA in journalism with specialization in public relations. In addition to his volunteer work for the DMA as a member of the Innovation Awards advisory council, Mr. Gross volunteers for PAWS, a non-profit animal welfare organization that operates the leading wildlife rehabilitation center in the western US.
